Ryan was extremely helpful in providing market and neighborhood information, to my Fiancée’ and me, as we began our search in a new city.  The information, detail and care that Ryan provided us is unprecedented. 
 

With Ryan’s help, we found and fell in love with a charming neighborhood, Perry Heights, which is nestled between Highland Park and Uptown, near downtown Dallas.  It is a wonderful neighborhood of homes built in the 1920’s which reminds me of my Hollywood Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles.

We meet Ryan Shea in early 2010 at an open house and were immediately impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of homes in our preferred purchase area. On the very same day we met Ryan he offered to take us to several other homes in the neighborhood and even though we have several close friends who are realtors we chose Ryan to represent us.
 
Ryan was always available to assist us with any concerns or questions. Ryan made himself available to meet a plumber we had hired to do some work before we moved into the home.
 
It is great to have an agent like Ryan who truly goes the extra mile. Ryan was professional yet I knew during our working relationship we would also become friends.  We have remained so even after the successful purchase and closing of our perfect new home.
